Those are the main points, some details that aren't essential.
Since I can't really afford almost 900€ for your recommendation, I think I'll have to take a chance or wait longer and save more money before buying something new.
Just one more question: if I decide to buy the Dell, the seller mentioned it comes with this Dell Support Assist software that allows testing to check everything works properly. Do you know how reliable this software is? Is it trustworthy?

Dell's applications come with unnecessary features. What kind of evaluations are you expecting from them? Because this device is in use, be sure to have some warranty coverage if the laptop fails.

You won't locate a new laptop priced at 400 euro that matches the Dell XPS in speed or build quality. Ensure all components function properly, avoid any case damage, etc. Running a benchmark program like PassMark would be wise. Remember you're forgoing the warranty on a used system—verify everything works and be ready to pay the full cost if something fails. Check if they offer a reduced price. Alternatives such as Lenovo T440/450 exist at lower prices while remaining sturdy and dependable.

You might have trouble locating a new laptop under €500 that matches the power of an i7 7700HQ, but you can find something quicker for €600. The Dell XPS remains a top choice, though its construction quality won't be matched at that budget.
