To the best of our understanding, Microsoft hasn’t announced any upcoming Halo titles for PC. Yet, a developer is reworking Halo: CE for PC, which can be found at the provided link. His discussion thread is also available on Reddit.

343 discussed the topic of interest, though earlier it was noted they don’t have any upcoming plans. In the meantime, you should depend on mods.
