Consider an RTX 2060 or 2070 for AMD builds, paired with a 5700 XT if you prefer the AMD side.

It's a 2.5GHz Haswell processor with single-core speeds similar to an FX series Opteron. For gaming, consider upgrading to a better CPU if you intend to play, as this model isn't built for gaming and will cause performance issues with modern cards.
