Welcome to the forums, newcomer! The Alienware and Asus models feature more powerful discrete GPUs. You may be worried about laptops overheating, as this is likely to occur with any laptop using 10th Gen Intel since then.

Thank you! I’m sure you’ll follow your advice. I’m considering the Alienware and found it more affordable at Dell, though they added $900 just for doubling the RAM, so I’ll stick with 16 GB. I’ll also get a laptop cooling pad.

I’m upgrading from an HP AMD Ryzen 3 2300U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx, which is definitely a better choice!
