They mentioned extra 4-pin CPU power for systems with 12 cores or more. For models with 8 cores or fewer, you don’t require the 8+4 CPU power setup.

I believe the connection points are all accounted for, but it seems the negative terminal isn’t visible.

A decent moderate boost won’t require it. I’d have mentioned premium liquid cooling (like ice techniques used by Jay and GN). For serious stability problems, you might want to explore it, but if you’re not going all out, you’re good to go.

You're worried about turning it on without it?

It is placed beside it, on the right side of the location where the positive pin is connected.

It mainly offers consistent performance up to a specific limit, with the 8-pin connector delivering around 250 to possibly 350 watts on its own—sufficient for typical needs.

So what do you think I should get another four pin? Or just turn it on and try it it either works or it don't right? Will it hurt it?

It won't cause any harm and should function properly. You can proceed without concern unless there are stability concerns.

The indicators will show clear signs if you experience stability problems, and adding the fourth pin will likely resolve them.

It seems you're facing a situation where you have limited options. If there are stability concerns, you may need to purchase a different power supply since this one appears to be fully equipped and not modifiable.
