Hello, welcome! Here are some ideas for your PC setup. To hit 60 FPS in GW2 with med/high graphics, your CPU might be the main issue since you're only seeing 20-30 FPS now. Your components look solid—AMD FX-4300 and Nvidia 750ti should handle the workload. With a budget of $200-300, you have flexibility. Consider upgrading to a faster CPU if possible, or look into budget-friendly options that still offer good performance. For fans, stock is fine unless you want extra cooling. If you need help replacing your CPU, just let me know!

Suggest a pause for Zen and focus on the essentials. We lack clarity on chip pricing, so let's keep things simple. What level of detail are you aiming for?

Are you unsure about the motherboard you're using? It might be time to check your current setup.

if you're waiting for Ryzen from AMD then yes, I think you'll have to get an AM4 socket motherboard.

I haven't played the game recently, but I believe it's around 1900 times something or 1440 by 900.

The stock fan for the i5 4690K should suffice for 60 FPS performance.

The 4690k supports 60fps in 1080p. The cooler performs adequately, though I’d opt for a 212 EVO at a lower cost.

Installing a custom fan can feel intimidating with all the thermal paste details... You might need a replacement wristband if you lost it. For a new CPU, you probably won’t need to remove old paste unless you’re replacing the chip. To find out your motherboard model, there are ways to check online or use diagnostic tools. Let me know!

There’s a tutorial on YouTube for installing a 212 EVO if you want the latest look. You don’t need a static wristband—just touch your metal case and you’ll be grounded. When swapping from an AMD processor to Intel, make sure to remove any thermal paste from the AMD CPU before storage to prevent hardening. The 212 EVO includes a thermal paste tube for this purpose.
