Specialization focuses on specific areas. Designs meant for looks won’t match those built for speed, and vice versa. Both can exist at premium levels, but not at the absolute top tier. There are four cooling considerations: noise, performance, appearance, and cost. Usually you choose two of these. Possibly around two and a half. It seems you’re leaning toward aesthetics and price, with extra points for any available performance. “Aesthetic” tower coolers tend to be high-end, while tower units often look unappealing. If you don’t plan to overclock, performance isn’t crucial—just make it comparable to the original. There are many Chinese RGB coolers that perform similarly to stock, though they’re not significantly better or worse. A lot of them come with a sleek fan design. You might even manage with just swapping out your existing cooler.

I'm purchasing from the US IDC regarding shipping unless the HS code is under 50 USD.

My preference isn't RGB colors. I favor black builds (like Noctua Chromax, though they're a bit expensive), and I'm considering an aftermarket option because of the need to overclock.

You're weighing options carefully. It's smart to consider your current setup before diving in. If the AMD RGB is boosting performance nicely, you might be fine, but keeping an eye on temperatures is key—especially with high boost frequencies. Make sure you're comfortable with the trade-offs and don't risk overheating.

they carry out comparable actions, it makes sense to obtain the prism.

It's the 2600 DOE but honestly, whatever I purchase, I'll still use it if I upgrade to Zen 2.

I'm referring to the fact that the 1600, 2600, and 3600 have varying levels of overclock potential, with each decreasing in feasibility. Personally, I don't see much value in trying to overclock a 3600, as the improvement is too small to justify the work. A 2600 seems achievable up to around 4.1 GHz based on what I've noticed online.

It might not be 4.1. I don’t know how much effort it took to reach that point. Could have been quite a lot.
