OEM keys signify more than just limited assistance—they depend heavily on system compatibility. Also, OEM pricing is typically 30% below retail, so a £5 key is likely fake. It makes sense if genuine keys were that cheap, as major sellers would match the price.

Ideally fine condition. Many of us create enough systems that we purchase OEM or bulk licenses only to end up with more than required. Therefore, selling becomes essential. I no longer have any, but $5 seems completely unreasonable compared to what I'd pay for each key individually—though I usually buy around 100 at once when joining an IT company for the better deal.
