These items are cheaper in the US. For more details, check the links provided. Adjusting timings makes them easier to play with, but the speed gain won’t matter much. You’d be spending more just for the added fun of overclocking.

The second one is exactly what I'm looking for. and there IS in fact a performance difference, strictly speaking for FPS games, and some memory intensive titles. Thanks though!
