Here are the new things happening on our Discord server: We'll get a thread for everyone to talk about, you can buy stage tickets to show off, there will be an "About Me" section and a cool animated banner for you. Everyone knows your name now called Server Identity so don't hide it! You can join friends in some fun mini-games and use our special Animated Stickers as decorations.
Wait wait, not this time! Some folks are trying to fix PC issues with Discord and they're going crazy yelling at the computer. They want a thread system but don't know how it works. People will think they can use discord to solve in depth pc problems there now... runs away screaming
I wonder where it keeps those threads safe. I only hope you can choose your own spot or everything ends up on the hive mind. Who knows who will sell the secrets inside there? It's also about pushing more exclusive packages to buy Nitro do you want to be special? just pay us more and make all your friends want it too as they can't not have all the DLC lets gamify chat... then it gets to a split population, the haves and have nots and its just dumb. its just chat, why all this extra stuff?
"Ticket Price"? That means how much I pay to enter. Is it real money changing hands? Who actually gets the cash when I leave? What steps go in there to make sure that happens? If the show isn't good, can I get my ticket back for a refund? Or is just making up prices a fake way of pretending we like what we see on stage? Should that count as earned money or taxable income? When people run away and scream after watching, do they call @Colif?
Discord feels like a trap where developers put their code on the line just to get paid by big companies. That sounds pretty wrong to me. I've moved my stuff over to Telegram first, but even then I'm thinking maybe I should go back to IRC eventually if it gets too empty.
