G2play.net was the place where I obtained Windows 7 Pro for under $10. Right away, I received a photo of the CD key sticker on a case. Later, I upgraded to Win 10. It looked more trustworthy than Redit, though it's unclear what the situation was at those discounts.

They likely acquired a lot of leftover items and instead of sending the CDs or entering details manually, they photographed them to save time.
