Based on my calculations, the download would take roughly three hours at that rate. Wouldn’t it be better to use your time for something else? Three hours is still reasonable.

I found this site offering tools to edit Windows ISOs. It doesn't provide much direct assistance since you need to download the ISO first. However, it includes the capabilities I need, such as eliminating built-in programs like Mail and People that I won’t use.
