Your setup shows normal behavior. When you connect directly to the modem, the NIC limits you to 1 gigabit. In bridge mode, the TP Link AX10000 can deliver speeds between 600 and 650 Mbps, which is typical for that port. This range is expected and not unusual.

The test used a setup where the modem operated in bridge mode alongside my PC connection.
