I've been exploring Linux extensively, and I've grown tired of repeatedly entering passwords. I recall my WiFi password now, but I configured Tals for persistent storage. This ensures all your files are securely saved. Although my hands are stiff from working for three hours, I just need the system to reliably store my data. With the limited blood flow to my brain, I think it functions properly. Tor lacks a spell checker, so I might have mistyped something, sorry. The passphrase appears to be surface-level, making brute force or a dictionary attack possible. Is this actual encryption? What kind of information remains on the device for future use?

tailsOS doesn't interact with internal hard drives unless you specifically mount them. For persistence storage, it's usually encrypted by default, and you must mount it in the settings during login.
