Each time I power on my PC, the red and yellow diagnostic indicators illuminate on the motherboard for a few minutes before the screen activates. The board is a Pro b650-P Wi-Fi model with SMBios version 3.5 running 64-bit. The lights remain bright solid yellow and red.

It seems there could be some setup issues with your BIOS. The debug indicators work properly during operation, but the boot process is lagging. It was only the company bios for MSI, revised to version 7D78v1C4 (beta), that resolved the issue. I experienced a three-minute startup with both red and yellow motherboard lights, but now it takes around fifteen seconds. How to update your MSI BIOS?
