I maintain a tidy setup, install updates, close programs, then jump into games. I moved to Windows 2004 and COD stopped working. It froze at startup for several minutes and reported errors like 0x0001337 NTDLL.DLL. Just last week I applied the v2004 update. Now my older PC still runs smoothly at version 1903 with no problems. I restored using a USB 1903 install and CODMW is fully functional again. Just a heads up if anyone needs help fixing NTDLL.DLL issues, this might require a full reinstall of everything. The essentials are back in working order within about an hour. Core applications (Ninite), drivers, and Battle.net OG files are all running properly after the scan.
