It is quite a while since I last used the mic on my Pro X headset and now it won't work, there is no apparent input. The headset is detected in G Hub (both mic and phones) and device manager and both are enabled in Windows audio devices.
Trying the mic in G Hub with mic level at 100% there is zero movement in the mic scale and zero sound when playing back the recording. Trying the mic in audio devices again there is zero indications on the vertical bar.
The headset cable has the DAC so connection is via USB. The mic is firmly attached to the headset.
As an aside I have a Logitech G430 which exhibits the same mic problem but if I plug the mic and speaker connectors directly into the mo/bo both headphones and mic work OK suggesting a problem with the DAC/USB
I would appreciate any help. TIA

Remove the Logitech application or software, then delete the sound card entry from Device Manager, and reinstall it manually using the newest version of Logitech's G-Hub app.
Access support at https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articl...ng-Headset in an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
Ensure your motherboard's BIOS is up to date and your operating system has the latest updates. Reinstalling chipset or USB drivers will not resolve the issue.
