Logitech mx ergo plus scroll wheel issue reported.
Received product, connected through dongle to computer. Scroll wheel operates inconsistently—occasionally fails completely, sometimes only moves one direction, and other times the polarity is reversed, causing up/down scrolls to reverse. I've tested Logi Options and Logi Options Plus, but the issue remains. Restarting the system occasionally resolves it temporarily. Extremely annoying for a $100 item. Any advice?
Is this problem also appearing on other platforms, including those with known donors or working users?
I'm still figuring it out. I should probably bring it to work and check if the same problem occurs there.
