I recently purchased a Logitech G733 headset and the USB receiver isn't connecting. I've checked all the instructions over the past week, reset the headset and dongle, tried every USB port, etc. The Logitech hub recognizes the receiver but doesn't connect when both are in pairing mode. It seems like a possible USB issue, though my drivers are up to date. The dongle appears in my audio output as the headset, so I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it. Could be a problem with your computer? Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums, new member! What is the make and model of your motherboard? What BIOS version is installed? Which USB port are you connecting to on your build? What operating system are you using? If you're running Windows, check the Device Manager for any flagged devices with a yellow exclamation mark. Regarding your receiver or headphones, can you connect it to another donor system? If the problem continues, it may indicate a faulty receiver on the donor machine.

I don’t know the BIOS version of my board. I’ve been using one of the root USB ports, but I’ve checked every USB port, looked at Device Manager, and it says everything is working. It’s picking up my device manager as the headset, and on Ghub it shows the headset as inactive. There’s also a green light flashing on the receiver, which makes me think there might be a software issue.
