When using Rainbow Six Siege and right-clicking to shoot, the weapon stops firing when you press down with force, which has led to many gunfights. This is unusual for me since I’m new to PC gaming and don’t have similar issues in other games. I also own a Logitech g502 hero.

How long have you been using this device? Mice can develop a sticky buildup around the edges of the L/R buttons on the mouse shell over time. Examine those crevices closely; if they are covered in a brown residue, it likely contains skin oil, tiny skin fragments, dirt, and dust that has gathered. This indicates the mouse requires cleaning. It might be unique to this game since you may be using it with significant force on just one button.

It's only been a year, but I've been relying on it more for online classes and gaming lately. It seems a bit dusty now, but this problem bothers me a lot.
