It's not a serious problem but I'm experiencing two mouse inputs from just one click. Despite setting the DPI to its maximum on both the programmable buttons and Windows, it's never happened before. It seems to register a double click every 5 to 10 clicks, which is unusual. The device is connected via the back of my motherboard using a USB 3.2 Gen port.

It seems likely there is a mechanical issue with the G402, possibly due to it being 3 years old or nearing its end of life. Consider updating the G402 drivers, testing other USB ports on the computer, and using a different known working mouse to see if the "doubleclicking" issue persists.
