Hi everyone, I've been using my G Pro Superlight X for over three years without any problems until the recent G HUB update. Logitech support isn't available anymore, so I'm reaching out for help. The problem is this: when I press both left and right buttons at the same time—even for a brief moment—I keep them pressed down until I release. They don't physically lock in place, but they remain engaged when held. I've tried several fixes so far: reinstalling G HUB, rolling back to an older version (which failed because it auto-updates during installation), changing the onboard memory settings, connecting the mouse to other systems that didn't have G HUB, uninstalling G HUB and using the charging cable, resetting all profiles in G HUB, adjusting button layouts, and even using canned air to clean the mouse. Nothing worked. Since each button functions independently, it might be a software glitch or an issue with the onboard memory. Could anyone have experienced this before and found a solution? Thanks in advance for your help!
