Failed to access Windows 10 due to a clean installation. Data wipe option used, but login issues persist with error: "User profile service failed to sign in. User profile cannot be loaded."

It seems you haven't discussed any actions you've taken. I believe checking the user profile service on Logon might resolve your problem. If you're unsure about modifying the registry, a fresh installation of Windows would be an option, though it will erase your files.

Yeah, read it slowly. A fresh installation works best. Otherwise, it’ll be a waste of time.

The factory display could differ, so the safest choice is a fresh setup via ISO. Get Windows 10 (microsoft.com) and make installation media with a ~16GB USB stick.
