Audacity includes a recording function, simply by configuring several inputs—your microphone and the stereo mix. It also captures any audio from other sources on your desktop.

It's been quite some time since I used Audacity. I'm not sure if I'm right, but have you experimented with multiple channels and varied input sources? It might add unnecessary complexity—maybe look up the topic instead.

You can also configure a virtual audio cable to combine both TS and microphone signals into a single virtual device.
