Local account is set as admin, but setup was done from admin mode and it's still not functioning. It seems Microsoft's safeguards now block running MOHAA in any disk format. That's impressive. Skipping MOHAA for now—why can't I save traceroutes and pathpings to my C drive? I'd be exhausted from constantly having to click right-click to run with admin privileges. Any workaround options?

You can launch CMD with administrative privileges and execute: Net user administrator /active:yes. This allows you to enable the Microsoft system admin account without a password. Proceed to install the software and run it under this account. To deactivate it, simply use the same command and change the setting to no. Additionally, keep in mind: in Microsoft Recovery Mode, pressing F10 will re-activate the admin account, helping you regain access to a locked device.

You might prefer using someone else's account because it already comes with the necessary permissions, saving you the effort of setting them up yourself.

Opening the computer management (right-click on the Windows start icon) lets you access "Local users and Groups." From there, select Groups and you'll see an administrators group. Add your account to it if it isn't already included.
