I've only experienced this with the MOBO (ASUS Prime X570-P), though it happens whenever I switch caps lock. A small tab appears in the bottom right corner and automatically opens any game or fullscreen app. I'm unsure how to disable it, as it seems to require a third-party driver from the motherboard maker. I thought it might be a keyboard issue, but it's not affecting the monitor either. This leaves me with the MOBO itself. No BIOS or built-in settings seem to address it. Would anyone else know how to resolve this or have faced similar problems? Thanks.

You didn't review any external programs or just your keyboard settings. I wasn't told anything about a motherboard maker providing such software. The BIOS isn't related to this issue.
