Hello, I have a basic issue but I’m struggling to find a fix. On my lock screen, there’s an option for other users. I’d like to hide it since someone with a Microsoft account can just log in to my laptop. At first, I set up my device as a “work/school” profile because it was easier when I was at home and now I want to keep it private.

It seems this setup is likely governed by regional security rules. If it's not a managed unit, global policies at the central location apply. Check the local security settings on the device by looking at the lock screen or relevant menu options.
