You've just set up Windows 11 Pro on your new laptop and everything seems to be working well until you noticed strange files in the locallow directory. These files appear to be locked by the system, making it hard to remove them completely. Some contain random data along with a header, while others only have the header itself. This behavior is unusual and likely related to a security feature or a hidden component of the operating system. It’s possible these files are part of a built-in tool or a temporary file generated during installation, but they’re being flagged as locked by the OS for safety reasons. If you need access, you may want to check your account settings or contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
