... are completely unreasonable. I’m connected via wired, but still losing to wireless players and those who weren’t in the last match yet. The "Ready Up" stage feels unreliable, often missing me for half the time. BF4 is the only one that takes so long to load. What options do I have? It ruins the experience completely when I have to wait endlessly just to start playing.

These options avoid any costs. I've also learned it doesn't provide much assistance when loading from an SSD in BF4.

It often puzzled me about loading times since I have a 5400 RPM HDD, a wireless setup, yet still experience delays in every game. Only my mate with a wired connection seems to load faster. Not that I’m complaining.

Low latency? Others seem to have quicker data transfer rates? I usually get the second or third one in with my SSD. With HDD it’s like the game launched early or due to the update just starting, but all the cars disappeared.

It's using an SSD, which is faster than a traditional HDD. I typically get the best performance with it.

The SSD plays a crucial role in starting up, not just the connection. My computer needs 4 minutes to boot while my desktop does it in just 30 seconds.

I consistently get a ping between 25-30 in 99% of my matches. My download speed is around 22mbps. It’s clearly not the best connection, and I’m telling you again, SSDs don’t always improve load times—especially for BF4.

2600K @ 4.6Ghz with HD7950 completed in 45 seconds on my 7200Rpm 110Mb/s read/write device... Under 25 seconds on the SSD at all times, quicker when you stay in and round to round. Noticeable gap, nearly half the time spent during first load. If you're not using an SSD or a WD black/superfast mechanical drive, your problem appears typical.

It seems like you're considering several options to improve your internet connection. Here are some possibilities:
1. Upgrade to an SSD
2. Switch to a wired setup if you're not already using one
3. Use powerline adapters if wired isn't ideal
4. Relocate to an area with faster speeds
