You're experiencing an issue where the USB installation process hangs without progress. The wheel isn't rotating, and nothing appears to be working. This could be due to a corrupted drive, insufficient storage space, or a faulty USB connection. It seems this problem is affecting multiple bootable devices.
The usb with the windows media will let you transfer windows to another drive. The usb alone can’t start the installation. Put the usb in the slot, turn on the computer, and press F8. This opens the boot loader window. Choose the usb, and you’ll be able to install windows. If you haven’t backed up your data (that’s disappointing), do so first. After that, perform a clean Windows installation. Also, it’s a good idea to use an SSD—it runs significantly faster than traditional hard drives.
