Would relocating the entire origin folder be necessary? You still have available space on your SSD, but you prefer to avoid filling it with a large game like Titanfall that could cause loading issues.

Check BF4's game cache files first, observe any impact. Upgrading to an SSD seems to help. A WD Black HDD appears to be the reason for slow loading times.

Check the game's official website or the Origin launcher for details. This will help confirm where the game cache files are stored.

It seems to be the Repair Install feature. You should simply open the game and choose that option. *AFAIK* I haven’t played Origin recently.

Begin Origin Client -> Library -> click on a game -> repair install Which browser are you using to start a game? I recently faced many issues launching a game with Google Chrome. It caused frequent crashes. Internet Explorer handled everything fine. This is uncertain but worth trying.

It usually requires more than five minutes for a map to download on my HDD, so I’ll just say it’s normal.

Your display seems slow at 30 frames per second. If that’s the case, try launching BF4 in x86 by adjusting the settings in Origin (click on BF4 and select Game Properties).

Consider restarting and trying again, or switch to another server. Battlefield servers often lag during loading.
