Hello everyone, I'm playing a motocross video game named MX Simulator, which is built in pure C. It hasn't reached over 30,000 sales. The issue is that my friend uses a Ryzen R5 2600 with a 6GB 1060 graphics card. When he launches the game and begins plating, the CPU doesn't even increase its speed—it stays stuck at very low frequencies, as if it doesn't recognize the game. Although the on-screen menus and framerate indicators say it's running at 60 FPS, the performance is extremely poor due to bad timing. I've updated the drivers and tried everything possible. I'm not sure anyone in this forum has heard of the game, but any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
It varies by game mode and other titles. You might see differences in settings or performance across platforms. Adjusting the Windows power plan could help test stability.
Do you understand if similar issues occur with other users who run Ryzen? The CPU doesn't behave that way. The operating system manages resources, and the CPU simply processes tasks based on that. Try making a game a priority process and check if newer chipset drivers help.
I believe the game is simply poorly optimized. I reviewed some videos and that's what I've concluded.
