LN2 on B550!
LN2 on B550!
Stunning outcomes. It's still something I hesitate to attempt.
You could attempt extreme cooling on an A320, but it's not really feasible in practice. Overclock enthusiasts often opt for top-tier systems designed for LN2 because these boards support aggressive overclocking with their architecture. While you might manage with a more basic board and add LN2 to the power switches, thermal performance isn't the sole concern. Other factors like transient response also play a role, but they're too complex to detail clearly. Still impressive to see such powerful configurations! The 3300X running all cores at 6GHz on a single CCX sounds like a high-performance gaming chip indeed.
LN2 operates without requiring board support. The LN2 boards provide capabilities tailored for LN2 applications, though they aren't strictly essential.
It's my very first experience with a B board going under ln2...
Mine sank into TEC a couple of months ago. -30 on B450 200ge, 220ge, Ryzen 1200 and Ryzen 2700x. All four chips experienced some serious issues. Interesting. **check avatar** for the B450m-a update.
