LiveKernelEvent error
LiveKernelEvent error
Hello everyone,
I recently received an used RX570 that seemed to be functioning well until yesterday. While playing Rocket League, the screen went black and there was no signal or audio, though the PC remained powered on, especially the fans. This situation had never occurred before. Temperatures were normal and the card performed well overall. I checked the Windows reliability app, which showed many "LiveKernelEvent" entries recently. After some research on Google, I found it might be connected to the GPU.
I ran FurMark benchmarks and did not encounter any LiveKernelEvent errors, suggesting it was random. I also reinstalled the GPU drivers using DDU. (Sorry, my Windows is in Italian but it should be understandable)
I disabled a scheduled AMD software task that automatically overclocked the GPU/CPU via AMD software slimmer on GitHub.

windows interprets restarts as hardware issues.
live kernel events appear during unexpected restarts.
do any reliability history entries indicate display drivers stopped working?
something like this appears:
it was a fun time
almost 4 years ago now, time flies.
yours is much more common. mine would only happen occasionally.
what are the other specifications of the pc?
Hello, thank you for your response.
My specifications are: 3200G, B450 MSI Gaming Max, RX570.
By the way, something I recently observed is that occasionally, when an error happens, Rainmeter stops functioning. (Screens below)

This doesn<|pad|>, it's not always, but it seems quite common.
Rainmeter is a desktop application that lets you add widgets to your screen.
Could this be the cause?
Edit: I'm going to disable Rainmeter for a few days and check for any issues.
Edit2: I just saw one error today, nothing else, just a Kernel error. (Error 1a8)

Edit3: I realized the PCI slot wasn't fully closed, and I also changed the PSU GPU cable just to be safe.
Edit4: I ran some benchmarks at 1080p using FurMark, and no errors appeared during that period; temperatures were normal.
