Hi,
I set up a desktop PC with the following specifications:
Processor: i5-13400F
Graphics card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 4gb OC edition
Memory: 16 gb DDR5 (Corsair Vengeance)
SSD: Crucial 480gb bx500
HDD: Geonix 500 gb
Power supply: Gigabyte 550 Watt
Wifi card: Realtek 8822ce 802.11 pcie based card
OS: Windows 11 pro

The games, YouTube videos, and recorded content all function smoothly without any problems. However, during live webinars on Zoom or Zoho meetings, the speaker's video would freeze and voice would break after a few seconds, which is quite bothersome. My internet speed is 100 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload on my Wi-Fi. In my desktop's Wi-Fi settings, the reported speed is 325 mbps.

I also have another laptop with these details:
Processor: i3-7020u, 32gb DDR4 memory, Intel HD 620 graphics, 500 gb M.2 SSD
OS: Windows 10 Pro

On this machine, video and audio play well. I can attend live webinars without any video freezing or voice issues. Everything works perfectly during webinars on laptop.

But why do videos freeze and voices break on my desktop PC while joining live webinars? Could you help me resolve this issue? I'm using the same Wi-Fi connection on both devices.

Did you install all the base level drivers from the mobile manufacturers when building the new machine? Check the Device Manager for any small yellow triangles under a device.

I installed all the base-level drivers from the motherboard manufacturers, and upon building the system, there are no yellow triangles listed for any device in the Device Manager. The motherboard model is Gigabyte B760M D2H.
