Hello everyone. I'm just starting here and really need your assistance. I run a small streamer account and face some issues with my PC during streaming. I stream on TikTok and YouTube at the same time, but I get low quality on TikTok and high quality on YouTube, sometimes experiencing lag. I'd appreciate it if you could recommend a tool to check performance during live streams so I can identify the problem and know what changes to make. Thanks!

You should launch the program manually during the stream to diagnose the issue, as your GPU, CPU, and other components won't affect the process.

It's an Intel i5 11600K 12th Gen, 3070Ti CPU with a 12th Gen RX 3200 graphics card, 32 GB GDDR6 memory, and a Z590-A motherboard.

You're referring to a performance evaluation. For the CPU, I'd use CineBench R23. With the GPU, checking temperatures and scores is a good approach since encoding tasks can be demanding.
