Liquid vs air cooling
I think you're thinking about AIO kits. Usually, bigger air coolers perform better in temperature and quieter than smaller or medium ones. What are your objectives?

The price range was just theory. I have some suggestions. It could be closed or open loop liquid cooling, but it should be a kit if it's open loop. My advice is to go with the Cryorig A80 for the liquid. Anything higher would need a custom open loop setup. Below that, an air cooler from Noctua or Cryorig would be better.
Ok, so I decided to go with either

The problem is I'd have to buy a new case for the air cooler and I don't know of a decent case for under $50 that it would fit in
