Yes, I would reapply thermal compound and ensure correct mounting. Prior to this, it's a good idea to verify power connections and adjust motor speeds specifically for the pump. Run the pump at full speed and observe the results.

Right. The 360 has been running for roughly a year now... I attempted overclocking initially but ended up focusing on other tasks... What’s going on? Should I reapply thermal paste? Is my 360 in trouble?

Ok will do thanks guys. Also one more thing. Idle temps are around 40c it's just the load temps that seem high. Does this point to anything?
