Arma 3 included a Linux Beta release, and Squad might receive a Linux update in the future.

Set up STEAM, then download ARMA 3. Note it isn't optimized for Linux well, and you might find a Windows version from G2A or Reddit more suitable. The ARMA Linux release hasn't been updated in six months...

The Arma 3 port is outdated and lacks updates. They claim future improvements but have transferred development to another company, causing delays. Playing Arma 3 on Linux in multiplayer isn't possible, though single-player may function. Otherwise, it's not a viable option.
