Linux issues problems playing Valorant on Windows 11 because Secure Boot is turned off.
Last month I set up Windows 11 and used dual boot with Pop-OS. To do that, I had to turn off secure boot. Today I installed Valorant and encountered an error saying TPM 2.0 and secure boot are needed. If I turn on secure boot, Valorant won’t start. I’m not interested in going back to Windows 10 and re-downloading all my games. WTF Microsoft seems to have messed up the Windows!
Valorant made its own rules, not following what Windows expects. Other games ignore this.
Valorant needs secure boot and TPM 2.0 on Windows 11, but it isn't mandatory for Windows 10 at this time.
It's completely typical in Valorant, likely due to their advanced anti-cheat system.
