Attempting to run Linux on your laptop is not working with the live USB. You adjusted the boot order and tried using Win32 Disk Imager.

Check for any issues and see if it skips directly to booting from the hard drive. Try using the one-time boot menu if available. Has the device ever started from a USB drive before?

They don't seem to be correct. Consider using tools such as Unetbootin and Universal USB Installer. For a more recent option, YUMI is recommended.

Use Universal USB Installer for Linux. I only faced issues with KALI Linux. ReactOS doesn’t run from a USB drive; it needs a live CD/DVD. Universal USB Installer seems to work fine otherwise.
