The GTX 460 is a relatively newer GPU, but Linux should handle it well, particularly with modern distros like Novom. You should encounter minimal issues.

Joined just to respond to this message. Long-time Linux user, though I favor Ubuntu-based systems. There’s an option to add third-party drivers. Checking it will install Nvidia and AMD graphics support by default. Wireless network drivers come standard. Arch distros are also appealing, but you often need to prompt for driver installation. I usually go with Kubuntu because its interface feels more like Windows. I began with Windows 3.0, so I’m currently dealing with the challenge of getting a proper start menu.
