I admit it's something I've never done on my own, though I'm sure others have. You'll need to check the Grub settings and include the second hard drive there.

I've already tried it. You won't achieve the same network or computer performance in a virtual machine, and your graphics card won't be utilized effectively.

I really want to learn C++ and plan to use Arch later. In the meantime, I’m leaning toward Kali for security work.

It's best to start with virtualization. You can create several virtual hard drives, install one Linux version on each, and test how it functions before making any changes.

I believe you understand the process from Kali's website. It mainly depended on using a different drive than the one where Windows is installed.
