I own JBL Live Pro 2 with Bluetooth 5.2 and my main goal is to stream videos on my TV via HDMI from my PC. I've experimented with several methods: plugging the headphones directly into the TV, using Soundshare on my TV which displays "No device stored" when attempting the connection, and even connecting the headphones to a Bluetooth dongle for PC. The video quality is poor, likely due to the Bluetooth version mismatch. I've run Troubleshoot on my PC, stripped out audio enhancements, and updated drivers, but nothing works. A higher-quality dongle or a dedicated Bluetooth card isn't feasible. I also explored delaying the video feed, though I couldn't find a suitable solution. My system specs are: Windows 11 Pro, AMD Ryzen 5 2600X, 3600MHz, GTX 1050 Ti, 16GB RAM, BIOS A.40 470X Gaming Plus.

I understand you were suggesting avoiding a superior dongle and considering an alternative at the same cost. A different model from another brand could work better.

I might be able to purchase a Bluetooth 5.0 adapter. Would it work with Bluetooth 5.2 headphones?

You try it and observe the results, mainly it removes a variable.
