I need to link my HP E24 G4 to your laptop using the USB A to B cable. I don’t see any devices from your monitor on your laptop. When you plug the USB into your laptop, there’s a sound but nothing appears when checking for cameras. Also, could you connect the USB A cable to your laptop’s USB C hub?
I believe cameras perform poorly when routed through a hub, such as a monitor. I’d shift that to your laptop directly and then transfer the rest to the monitor to test. You can simply connect a direct cable from B to C. https://a.co/d/3p4DZ0L
I have this cable. I connected it to the monitor and laptop, but the laptop isn't detecting any USB devices from the ports. When I plug it in, I can still hear the Windows sound for a USB device.
