Hello, I received my new Samsung G65B monitor recently. After installation, I noticed screen tearing and some persistent horizontal lines running from top to bottom. They appear red and green in color. The issue happens every minute or so and lasts about four seconds. I’ve checked the cable connection and reconnected it, but it still persists. I’m unsure what else might be causing this. Please help me figure it out.

If it isn't a graphics card or cable issue, you must send back the monitor for a refund or replacement. This falls under a manufacturer warranty type of concern.
