It looks like the device may be faulty. Please consider initiating a return or replacement. The photos didn’t reveal any unusual issues, but the video clearly indicates a problem with the monitor or possibly the cable.

It probably happened because the power was restored and caused some harm. Use another cable if it doesn’t fix the issue; otherwise, leave it as is.
