Have 16gb ram installed. games constantly crash saying memory issue. I looked at task manager and said 5gb ram available, even though I have 16 ... I dont know what to do.
Verify the RAM is safely seated in its place. If you previously tampered with them, ensure they're properly locked. To confirm, remove the RAM modules and restart, testing each one individually. If any fail to power on, they're likely damaged.
