It really depends on how well you perform in the games. Are you satisfied with that? Usually, the slow parts aren't very good.

I believe you prefer a quicker GPU instead of the CPU; otherwise, you’ll experience lag. Most high-end GPUs have been limited by the CPU for several years. It varies—some games are more CPU-intensive, others GPU-heavy, and most fall in between. The same applies to RAM and VRAM. If you’re achieving around 40-60 FPS without any lag, that’s all that matters.

A CPU can slow down a GPU if it can't produce as many frames as the GPU can display at a certain resolution. The 11700KF won't cause issues with an RTX 2060 on 1080p or 1440p, but it would affect a 4070 at 1080p. This means you could upgrade your GPU for a 1080p monitor, but also consider getting a 1440p display for better performance.

You probably don’t need an upgrade unless you’re experiencing issues. If your game doesn’t meet the FPS you expect with your current settings, consider upgrading—otherwise, skip it. The more time you save, the greater the benefit from upgrading.
