In my Minecraft base, I have several ELN solar panels generating power. I use DC converters to raise the voltage to 3.77KV and connect it via a high-voltage cable. Then I reduce it to 200 volts for a series of battery packs, about 20 in total. Each pack has 4 cells in series, and they’re grouped to spread the load evenly (8 cells per 200V section, with two sections merging into an 800V and another into 3.2KV). This setup functions until a few days when the main breaker on the 3.2KV line trips. After some adjustments, I noticed the batteries are nearly depleted, causing a significant voltage drop that allows 30KW to flow through the cable. Lowering the voltage slightly helped, but the batteries never exceed 80% capacity. How might I build a circuit that reduces voltage sufficiently to manage the current?

It seems quite complex with your explanation of step-down converters and high voltages. There aren't many, if any, circuit designers on the Linux Media Group forum. You might try searching for an existing board on eBay that matches your requirements, though it's unlikely but could be worth exploring.
